This year, ACE is introducing LET’S FORM A COSPLAY PARTY!
The mission of this activity is to provide a fun and safer interaction for all attendees of ACE, especially for those in the cosplay community! Alternatively, it would serve a great chance to meet new friends, and ensuring that you will have a memorable time at ACE.
So how does this work?
BEFORE EVENT DAY
Step 1: REGISTER!Gather a team of at least 5 members and fill up the form below.Once your application is verified, we will send you a confirmation email.
Step 2: Create a Public Facebook Event PageYou are encouraged to recruit party members on own (i.e., by creating a Facebook event page so we could host it!).
Remember to tag us (@ACEASAMG) to keep yourself in the game.
Let’s Form A Cosplay Party! will be schedule on Day 2. Further updates will be posted on ACE Facebook page and at our event venue! #DontMissOut
ON EVENT DAY
Step 3: Rally Your TroopsGather your team at the assigned time and location.Each team will be given time for the photoshoot. Our staff member will take a final pic of your group at the end of your time slot.
Prizes will be given out into two categories:
1) BIGGEST GROUP - Be the series with the most number of cosplayers. Final count is based on the final pic taken during your team’s photoshoot by an assigned ACE staff. 2) GAKI’S CHOICE - Team photos will be uploaded on Facebook as well as be displayed in the event venue for public/attendee voting.
The two teams with the highest vote count will do a Pose-Off at our main stage to win it all for the team! Pick three representatives to come on stage!
