📋 Getrich Site Measurement Booking Form (Not for Price Enquiries)

This form is intended only for customers who are ready to confirm their order and proceed with site measurement.
❗ Please do not use this form to ask for prices or request quotations.

💬 Important Notice:

  • Site measurements will only be scheduled after this form is submitted with complete information.

  • We do not accept WhatsApp messages alone for arranging appointments.

💰 Deposit Policy:

  • A 50% deposit based on the total product amount is required during site measurement.

  • If you are not prepared to make a deposit during measurement, please do not submit this form.

📅 What Happens After Submission:

  • Our admin will review your request and assign a measurement slot.

  • You will be notified via WhatsApp between 5:00 PM and 8:00 PM, one day before your chosen date.
