若公司以合資形式或有限公司經營，其所有合伙人或股東亦必須作為共同申請人，並符合申請資格。
If the company to be funded is a joint venture or operating as a limited company, all partners or shareholders must also be joint applicants and meet the eligibilities.

此表格不能儲存，須一次過完成並遞交，秘書處建議申請人集齊所有相關資料才開始填寫。
This form cannot be saved. You should finish it in one go. The Secretariat advises applicants to gather all information before starting the application process.

一個申請業務只可於同期申請一次，重複申請將被取消資格。

A business can only apply once during the batch. Duplicate applications will result in disqualification.
