Non Food Vendor Agreement/Application Form
 
VENDOR FEE - $300 (VERY LIMITED AVAILABILITY)

Saturday August 25th
Event Time: 5pm-9pm
Setup Time: Saturday August 25th (9am – 1pm)
Tear Down Time: 9pm

*Merchant Vendor Requirements*

All vendors MUST Fill out & sign Merchant Vendor form
All Vendors MUST be able to provide Valid Driver's License or ID.
Vendors who are selling merchandise will have to submit a copy of their sales tax certificate for approval by the City of Wichita.
If for any reason vendor is not approved, vendor will be notified immediately.

Vendors may bring in standalone items such as mannequins, clothing racks, and other portable display items to place behind your merchandise table.
Any damages to your booth area will be assessed to your company. Tape may be used, but only on the merchandise table and on top of the tablecloth.

All vendors will be given 3 complimentary passes each, which will allow them to have two other personnel at their booth to help with sales, set up & tear down. Everyone else at Vendor’s table must purchase a ticket.

Vendors must provide their own canopies/ tents (Cannot be larger than 10 by 10) Any support needed for canopies can be concrete blocks, sand bags, water jugs, etc. supplied by the vendor.


*Set-up*
Setup Time: Saturday August 25th (9am – 1pm)
All Vendors who are vending at ICT Pizza Fest will be provided with a 10 by 10 booth space with one 3 by 8 table, 2 chairs and 4 vendor wristbands (unless more have been requested and paid for) to display food items, equipment etc. Your table will be PRE-ASSIGNED ready for you to setup upon arrival.
At 1pm on Saturday August 25th set up will be complete and the loading area will be CLOSED!! The festival will officially begin at 5pm. Vendors are only allowed to have a maximum of 4 individuals at booth with complimentary vendor wristbands. Every other individual at booth will be required to pay a general admission fee.

*Billing Policy*
All payment must be made via Checks or PayPal

*Teardown/Cleanup*
A $100 Cleanup Deposit is required for every vendor. At 9pm the festival will end and you can begin to tear down your booth and will have until 10pm to thoroughly clean your area and remove all of your belongings. Festive ICT may deduct from the security deposit to cover any clean-up or damages within the food vendor booth space if it is not returned to the original and unoccupied condition or if your belongings are not removed from the venue by 10pm.

Please DO NOT tear down your booth before 9pm as this will result in an automatic disqualification from any of the competitions and possibly future Festive ICT events.

*Liability*
Festive ICT assumes no responsibility for the damage or loss of any merchandise or articles brought into the festival area. The venue will provide adequate security required by law for the event.
Festive ICT shall not be liable for non-performance of the contract when such non-performance is attributable to labor troubles, disputes or strikes, accidents, government (Federal, State or Municipal) regulations or restrictions upon travel or transportation, non-availability of food, beverage or supplies, riots, national emergencies, acts of God and other causes whether enumerated herein or now which are beyond the reasonable control of Festive ICT


*Return or Cancellation Policy*
ALL SALES ARE FINAL unless in the case where the event has to be rescheduled. Vendors will then have the option to apply their Vendor fee to the postponed date.

*Lighting and Electricity*
Festive ICT will provide electric outputs for all vendors to plug in appliances, booth lighting etc
We advise vendors bring their own extension cords for the event.

*Parking & Load In*
Parking will be complimentary for all Vendors.
Vendors will receive an email leading up to the event that will include a detailed map containing parking and load in instructions for all vendors.

*ABSOLUTELY NO SHARING OF BOOTH SPACE*
Vendors will NOT be allowed to share tables with other Vendors at the event or (friends, family, associates) that might be interested in sharing their Vendor space to sell products, merchandise or other food times.

*PLEASE FOLLOW ALL RULES & REGULATIONS*
Failure to comply with all Festive ICT’s rules, regulations and requirements at the ICT Pizza Fest, or if vendor is involved in any unruly behavior including but not limited to intoxication, verbal abuse of other vendors, event attendees or event staff, will result in immediate disqualification and removal from the festival and future Festive ICT events.
