Event Assistance: Party on the Cut - Assist with checking in guests by scanning tickets and handing out wristbands. Greet attendees, help manage the flow of the crowd, directing attendees and providing information. Walk around event to make sure event is clean, clear tables, pick up trash, etc. Assist Event Team where needed.

Clean Up Party on the Cut - This will involve helping us clean up after Party on the Cut. The Shore Party takes place in the same location the next day. We need to clear out all the debris, set tables and chairs, organizing materials,

Set Up Shore Activities - The morning of Windermere Cup, we need to set up signage, flags, banners, activity tents, the bleachers, merchandise area, decorate, and put the final touches on the tent before guests arrive.

Event Assistance at Shore Party - When guests arrive, you will check them in and hand them their VIP pass, poster, and pin. Greet attendees, help manage the flow of the crowd, directing attendees and providing information. Assist Event Team where needed.   

Brand Ambassadors - Volunteers will walk around the Montlake Cut area passing out flags and programs as guests arrive.

Clean Up Shore Party - After the event, we will need help cleaning up the tent, taking signage down, taking posters down, collecting decorations, and packing materials up for the moving team.
