Congratulations on taking the first step towards a brighter future! R3 Development exists to support young people ages 16-24 in obtaining a High School diploma, obtaining NCCER Construction Credentials, and placement into a well paying job or Union apprenticeship program. We are a christian faith-based organization with the goal of helping young people build themselves up and realize their God given potential.

Our programs are EARN WHILE YOU LEARN. If you enroll in our Careers Academy you will have the opportunity to earn stipends for daily achievements and incentive bonuses for meeting milestones. If you apply for our Work Academy Internships, you will receive an hourly wage. Either way, we want to help you earn money while you're on this path of becoming your best self.
