Movement Theatre Series with Estela Garcia

Whether you are an actor looking to get more in your body, an actor creating your own work or a writer looking to approach storytelling a different way - this class is for you!

This three part workshop will explore character and story building through movement explorations and improvisation. The classes will put an emphasis in developing work in collaboration with an ensemble. Exercises will be derived from various movement techniques based in Mary Overlie’s Six Viewpoints training and Lecoq based physical training for theatre.
