August Recess Action Report
If you made your voice heard by your Member(s) of Congress this recess, we want to hear from you! By telling us what you did and how it went, you can help ASAN keep track of the way Congressional offices are responding to the disability community's concerns.
This is a short survey which should take 5 minutes or less.
Which Member(s) of Congress did you reach out to this week?
How did you reach your Member(s) of Congress or their staff this week? Check all that apply.
I met with my Member(s) of Congress or their staff
I went to a town hall or other public appearance
What did you say?
Tell us what you talked about in your meeting. If you went to a town hall meeting but didn't get the chance to ask a question, you can just tell us that you weren't able to ask a question.
How did your Member(s) of Congress or their staff respond?
We're sending out ASAN lapel pins to people who went to town halls or met with their elected officials and took the time to tell us how it went.
If you would like a lapel pin, please give us the address of where we should send it.
NOTE: We can only ship to addresses in the United States.
