Borough of Sea Girt ~ Monument Park
In the summer of 2024, Monument Park underwent a complete make over and rebuild of the site. This new Monument Park area allows for future Monuments, more open space for Memorial Events and a quiet place for solemn respect and reflection. This project was funded by a matching grant program with the Monmouth County Open Space Grant Program and the Borough of Sea Girt.

Phase two of the project includes the addition of engraved pavers and memorialbenches within and around Monument Park that will be available for purchase. These funds will help off set the Borough’s cost of the project and allow supporters of the project to leave a lasting impression on this beautiful addition to Sea Girt.
