Application for a Bill Ochs Memorial Piper's Scholarship, 2019 Northeast Tionól
The 2019 Northeast Tionól is offering two types of scholarship for pipers. Each will cover a student’s tuition for the weekend and pay $200 toward room and board.

1. Scholarship for young pipers

To be eligible for consideration, you must meet the following requirements:

You must be under 25 years old.
You must own or have use of, at minimum, a working practice set of uilleann pipes.
You must have been playing for at least six months.
You must submit the application form below, including the name and contact information of a person who can serve as a reference for you, by August 31, 2019.

2. Scholarship for female pipers

Open to all female pipers, regardless of age or experience, to be awarded based on enthusiasm for piping and other factors at the discretion of the awards committee. To be eligible for consideration, you must meet the following requirements:

You must own or have use of, at minimum, a working practice set of uilleann pipes.
You must submit the application form below, including the name and contact information of a person who can serve as a reference for you, by August 31, 2019.
