Dear VBS volunteer,
Yes, it is that time of year again! Though VBS the last two years looked different, I am excited to share that VBS 2022 should be close to "normal"! I am writing to ask if you are interested in being a volunteer at Vacation Bible School again. The dates will be Monday, July 25 through Friday, July 29. This year the program will run from 10:00-1:00 M-F.
If you are wondering about the time: The program cannot start until 10:00 due to Daily Morning Mass now taking place in the worship space. We went back and forth about the time because ending at 1:00 will be over lunch time, so we are going to ask kids to bring a snack from home in addition to the regular snack so we don't have 100 hangry kids running around. And with a snack from home, hopefully they are more likely to eat enough to not be hangry.
We will have a volunteer meeting the week before, date TBD.
The program would not be possible without the dedication of people like you who give up their time to help teach kids about God. Volunteer positions will be based on age and experience. This year has been a wild ride as a teacher and I am late getting this request out. Because of this, I really need your response ASAP, hopefully by Wednesday, next week June 8.

**PLEASE remember that once you have filled out this form, I am counting on you to be a volunteer for VBS.** Each and every person has an important role at VBS and unless I hear otherwise, I will assign you a role. Please please do not say yes now and then back out at the last minute!

Some changes this year:
-The hours will be 10-1:00
-Masks are optional
-We will continue the outside drop off like we did last year as that went really really well.
-We will continue the drive through pick up like we did last year because that was a huge hit.
