Poster Approval Request

All criteria outlined below must be adhered to in order for posters to be approved.

5.1 A direct reference including the name of the internal Laurentian University sponsor (department/office, employee group or recognized student association/club) should be clearly stated on the poster. Please identify the internal Laurentian University group responsible for this poster. Posters from external organizations are generally not permitted, though exceptions may be granted to organizations hosting public events on campus. 

5.2 A direct contact should be clearly stated on the front of the poster, along with contact information. This individual and accompanying group shall be responsible for providing complete and accurate information if required. 

5.3 Use of the Laurentian University logo must conform to Laurentian University marketing standards. Please refer to the university branding guidelines. Permission to utilize the visual identities of the university are required.

5.4 Posters may not exceed 11” X 17” in size.

5.5 Where the principal messages are in another language, the poster shall include a translation in either English or French or both. Posters created by Laurentian University departments are required to be presented in both French and English. The translation of posters is a responsibility of the organization sharing the poster.
