This is the registration form for the IQRA Memorization Program with Sheikh Mohamed
Prerequisite - Student must know how to read Quran

Program Cost: (Please fill out the auto monthly payment form after you fill out this form)
--> 3 Days a Week - $50/student (Max $250 / family) + $1 processing fee
--> 5 Days a Week - $75/student (Max $300 / family) + $1 processing fee

IQRA fun/sports day (Every Thirds Saturday of the month) - Included in the Program Cost
Quranic Studies Class - To be Announced

Please note that there will not be any refunds but you may cancel your registration at any time by sending an e-mail to iqra@masjidikhlas.org at least two weeks prior to your next scheduled payment.
