Parent Survey for Community Outreach (PSCO) Supervisors Day Only Webinar
WHERE & WHEN?
• Location: Online via webinar (note that you will need to register at GoToTraining - link will be provided on confirmation email after completing this registration)
• Date/Time: October 9 & 11, 2018; each day from 1:00pm-4:00pm Central

DESCRIPTION OF THE PSCO CORE TRAINING?
• Parent Survey for Community Outreach (PSCO) training is required for all program staff, including Supervisors and Program Managers. In this webinar, Supervisors will receive the information needed to support the unique needs of Parent Survey staff in engaging parents, gathering comprehensive information from parents, and ensuring standardized use of the tool. Training topics include, but are not limited to, in-depth discussion on the supervisor’s role in the Parent Survey review process, reflective supervision and the HFA HOPE model specific to Parent Survey staff, and hiring considerations for Parent Survey staff. This is an intimate opportunity for supervisors to identify their own needs and areas for improvement, and address any specific questions they may have.

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW ABOUT THIS TRAINING?
• This webinar is ONLY available to Supervisors who have already attended Monday-Thursday of the PSCO training in the past.
• Registrants will need to provide a scanned copy via email to Maritza Noriega (at mnoriega@preventchildabuse.org) of their PSCO training (Monday-Thursday) certificate AT REGISTRATION in order to be allowed into this webinar.
• Please note that trainees are REQUIRED to have a computer with a webcam and high-speed internet access. Everyone will be required to use the webcam at all times during the webinar.
• Please note that this training is capped at 5 participants maximum.
• ATTENTION: Once you register, you will be receiving a confirmation email from Maritza Noriega with information about payment. HOW MUCH DOES THE TRAINING COST?
• $215 per person, plus $49 + shipping & handling for the supervisor manual
(Please note that the supervisor manual used in the ISHV and PSCO trainings is the same manual.)

HOW TO PAY FOR THE TRAINING?
• You will register for this training on this page and will be asked about payment preference (credit card or invoice). Once you submit your registration, please contact Phyllis Medrano (HFA Network Coordinator) directly by e-mail at pmedrano@preventchildabuse.org to finalize payment.
• ATTENTION: Once you register, you will be receiving a confirmation email from Maritza Noriega with information about payment. Registration is NOT COMPLETE until HFA receives payment for your training slot; however, once you submit this registration, you will be accepting the Cancellation/Refund Policy's terms and conditions.
• Please note that when payment is received, your training slot will be secured.

Cancellation/Refund Policy
If you need to cancel your training registration, please contact Maritza Noriega at mnoriega@preventchildabuse.org as soon as possible. Otherwise, you will be accepting this Cancellation/Refund Policy upon registering.

Cancellation at 31 or more days - full refund
Cancellation at 30 days exactly - $96 refund
Cancellation between 15-29 days - $72 refund
Cancellation at 14 days or less - $0 refund

You will be invoiced for any non-refundable fees upon cancellation.

NOTE: The count will begin the day that the cancellation request EMAIL is received by Maritza Noriega, HFA Training Coordinator.
