Creating a safe and inclusive environment within our Dharma School classrooms is a goal for all
of our chapters. The Dharma helps us to get closer to this goal, but societal influences can
hamper our efforts. What can we do to close the gap? A better understanding of how we got
to this point and pausing to look within ourselves can help us as teachers to educate our
students as we strive to reach our goal.
