Special Event Technology Support Request
The Technology Team is eager to make your event a success. We want to ensure that we have accurate and complete information to provide the support you need.
The purpose of this form is to notify Technology Support staff of a request for AV or other technical support for an event or program. This form should be filled out no later than 2 weeks prior to an event.

*Note* If this request is submitted less than 2 weeks prior to the date of your event, technology support options may be limited.
