Jahajee is a survivor-centered gender justice organization activating Indo-Caribbean New Yorkers to address the root causes of gender-based violence. Our community of support guides survivors to heal, recover, and thrive. Through arts activism, leadership development, and grassroots organizing, we amplify community voices and visions to transform culture.
This membership program will give people who receive direct services or participate in our public programs a way to have ownership and co-leadership of our organization. Through their membership power, members can make lasting systemic and cultural change for our families and the wider community. Together, we will make a world where bandaid solutions are no longer needed.
Jahajee has a new membership model that will strengthen our base of committed and engaged changemakers.
