Our progressive temperament and inclusive team practices allow us to build community on our side of the counter. This safe space for us weirdos allows our team to be expressive and inviting, which supports the parks effort to create a space for guest to live a day as their imagined selves. 

We are excited to welcome almost 50 new employees to our team. We have some new-to-us heavy-hitter food items, as well as a couple of pubs, and a wine and tapas menu slated for the 2023 season 

Starting pay is well above minimum wage, with each booth pooling tips amongst its entire crew. Some shops have more back of house crew than others, but that is because they have more work to do, and larger amounts of products being served. We have found this makes for strong team building, because the shops works as a unit. Hourly wages differ according to responsibilities and experience, but the lowest starting wage is $12 + tips.
