Arrival Time Preference: to improve traffic flow vendors are assigned a 1 hr arrival window.   *
We are offering a few different options for booth sizes to maximize space and offer variety of vendors. *
Table rental - plastic table - $10 each (must be pre-ordered, please remember when ordering if you order 8ft there is no 'extra' room to leave your booth in 1 8x6 booth. Same for 6ft tables and mini booths) *
Chair rental - 1 plastic chair - $5 each (must be pre-ordered) *
Electric Access - very limited availability strip - $15 per booth *
By checking the box below you agree to the following: If you need to cancel your booth at the 2021 Gingerbread Cottage Craft Show you must send an email to; GingerbreadCottagecs@gmail.com advising us of the cancellation. If you cancel before November 13, 2021, you will receive a 50% refund.  No refunds will be provided for cancellations after that date.  No shows without a cancellation will not be considered for future Gingerbread Cottage events.  I AGREE to hold harmless and indemnify Westerville South High School, WSIMB, or Westerville City Schools and its volunteers, for damage from any cause, claims and liabilities at the show. *
