Latina Equal Pay Day
Latina Equal Pay Day is November 20 this year. For every dollar a White, non-Hispanic man makes, Latina women, on average, only earn 54 cents. And it has taken almost 23 months for Latinas to catch up to what white, non-Hispanic men earned in 2018.
