Use this form to "register" your local cluster!

Once you complete this form:

1. Your cluster will receive its own post on the faith250 website under "Local Clusters" (https://www.faith250.org/s/clusters). Please note: This may take up to 72 hours. For security and privacy, the name and email address of the primary contact person will NOT be listed on the website.

All leaders/organizers should subscribe to our website for information and updates (https://www.faith250.org/subscribe).

2. You will see a link and instructions on to upload your congregations' logos to our Dropbox. Logos and congregation names will appear on your cluster's post on the website. Congregation names will also appear on the "Our Team" page on the website.

3. Our cluster liaison will reach out to connect with you. Please contact them to update the information on your cluster page as needed, including when new congregations join. Please do not submit this form multiple times.
