faith250 Local Cluster Registration Form

Please use this form to register your new local cluster! See HERE for more information about forming a cluster.

To sign up, clusters should include at least two congregations (and ideally 3-6). Generally, this involves clergy members and congregations who have agreed to partner together to organize multi-faith events. If you have questions about how to form your cluster or whether you are ready to sign up, feel free to reach out to us at info@faith250.org.

By submitting this form you indicate to us that all named institutions have agreed to be listed as members of the cluster on our site. 

Once you complete this form:
1. We will create a page for your group on the faith250 website under Local Clusters and the Primary Contact will be added to a listserv of Cluster Leaders to receive periodic updates from us.

For security and privacy, the name and email address of the primary contact person will NOT be listed on the website. We strongly encourage all leaders/organizers within your cluster to subscribe to our free substack for information and updates (https://www.joinfaith250.org/subscribe).

2. You will see a link and instructions on how to upload your congregations' logos to our Dropbox. Logos and congregation names will appear on your cluster's post on the website. Congregation names will also appear on the "Our Team" page on the website.

3. Our cluster liaison will reach out to connect with you. Please contact the liaison to update the information on your cluster page as needed, including when new congregations join. Please do not submit this form multiple times.
