Please use LINK SHARING to link your proposal as a Google Document. First, copy paste your proposal into Google Docs if it's in Word or another application. Next, click the blue "Share" button at the top right-hand corner of the page if you're working on desktop. Then, notice the "Get Link" floating rectangle below the "Share with people and groups." If the text below the "Get Link" heading says anything other than "Anyone on the internet can view," click the "change" button below in blue text and change the settings using the options from the dropdown menu. Then, click done, copy the link, and copy paste the link into the space below. It is very important that you complete this step correctly. If you do not, judges will not be able to access your file. If you would like to make sure the link is correct, send the link to someone who does not have access to your document and see if they can open it.
