We inform you of the fact that during the conference screenshots of the Zoom session will be taken. They can be used for the purpose of documentation and reporting of the event. By registering you accept the fact that screenshots of the sessions (screenshots containing your visible photo, live video, first and last name) can be used for publication in various professional media and on related homepages.

Additional privacy information
As the host of the meeting, IZT will be the „data controller“ within the meaning of the GDPR and data stipulated in Article 5.
Which means collecting only the data we need, ensuring the recording is stored securely and access to it is limited.
We use the Zoom data center based in Europe, so all your data transmitted conforms to GDPR of European Union.
We are recording the meeting so we can justify the collected information for our EU project which requires us to have proof of the held conference.

This means that we may take screenshots via the Zoom platform of attendees/and or video record the event. The participant list may also be used but only to keep a record of number of people attending. The information will be secured on online server of one of our partners and will only be used as described above. The amount of time that we will have the information stored is 2 years. After that time passes the information will be deleted. You can opt out of having your information used which will be blurred out from the photos/videos. Your privacy is important to us.
We are not to be held responsible for eventual misuse of information by the third-party e.g. Zoom Video Communications, Inc. which we cannot control. No information will be shared with the Zoom Video Communications, Inc..

It is also important to understand that if you turn on your camera, your image will be visible to other participants and will be recorded either via screenshots or video recorded (you will be notified via the Zoom link and at the beginning of the conference). Personal information like your name may be available to other participants during the conference.
If you are a speaker at the conference or an active participant sharing the screen during the conference it is important to understand that any information that is visible during the “screen share” will be visible to other participants.
We will ensure that the data:

Is stored securely
Will be used no longer than absolutely necessary (2 years from conference)

A copy of your responses will be emailed to the address you provided.
Clear form
Never submit passwords through Google Forms.
