By signing below, I agree that my child has my permission to participate in the Junior Achievement Economics for Success Program. Consent is given to photograph and video record student for the sole purpose of promoting JA Guam in print and electronic media news and social platforms. JA Guam will not be held liable for loss, damage, injury, death or inconvenience caused by the Program, (i)any negligence by JA Guam or its agents arising from the Program(ii)acts of God (iii)war or civil strife (iv)fire (v) theft (vi)any acts or omissions not directly under the control of JA Guam or (vii)any other occurrences. I understand that JA Guam reserves the right to cancel or alter any scheduled activity or remove any person if it becomes advisable at JA Guam's discretion. Students are expected to be fully responsible for their behavior and consequences. I agree that I will fully indemnify JA Guam and its agents from any harm that results from the actions of my child. *
