The Martha Guy Fellowship is a program specifically designed for transfer students pursuing a degree in business who are also first-generation students—those whose parents or legal guardians have not completed a four-year degree. - Supportive Community: Connect with like-minded peers, esteemed faculty, dedicated staff, and accomplished alumni who are invested in your success..
- Specialized Course: Participate in a unique course taken as a cohort with the other Fellows in the program.
- Mentorship & Guidance: Receive invaluable insights and encouragement from a one-on-one student mentor based on their own experiences as a first-gen student navigating the challenges of higher education
- Professional Coaching: Gain essential skills and confidence through coaching in resume building, LinkedIn profiles, professional headshots, internship placement, networking, and professional dining.
- Financial Literacy Workshops: Learn to take control of your finances and achieve your goals by learning the basics of budgeting, saving, investing, and managing debt.
- Career Fairs: Receive guided coaching during career fairs to make meaningful connections and stand out in the competitive job market.

*Students must have completed at least forty credit hours to be eligible for the program.
