Lose the Cape Team Member application
Our team is hiring! Our website, podcast, and Facebook page need some dedicated love and attention and we're looking for just the right Community Manager to help us move to the next level! I am looking for someone to put on retainer for 10 hours a month for $200 with the possibility of increasing in both hours and pay after a 90-day evaluation period. We will also consider revenue share for projects this person is working on that bring in sponsorships.

Who is a good fit? - the best ideal person is a mom, either has blogged before or is currently blogging, is committed to the idea of a Moms Helping Moms environment AND is socially engaged. We're moving toward more of a VOICES - why our voices matter, format, featuring moms, issues, and businesses that are doing things to make the world a better place.

We are looking for someone who wants to learn and grow with us and will be a long-term team member.

You'll need to have knowledge in social media scheduling - for Facebook and Twitter, know your way around a WordPress site, and help manage the email inbox - particularly as it relates to screening podcast guests, getting them scheduled, helping us select guest posts, and working with potential sponsors.

No worries if you don't have ALL of these skills - a good attitude and work ethic goes a long way and we will train you and help you along the way.
