4TA PREMIUM LEGAL TERMS & POLICIES

This document outlines the legal terms and policies that govern your use of 4TA Premium, a music distribution service provided by 4TA 4 The Artistes LTD, a registered creative agency and entertainment business. By submitting your music and engaging our services, you agree to the following terms:

DISTRIBUTION AGREEMENT


This Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between you (the "Artiste") and 4TA 4 The Artistes LTD ("4TA").

By submitting your music to 4TA Premium, you agree to the following:


1. Ownership

You confirm that you are the rightful owner of the music, artwork, and all related materials you submit, or that you have the legal rights and permissions necessary to authorize distribution.



2. Authorization

You authorize 4TA to distribute your submitted music on your behalf through third-party digital distribution platforms to over 180+ global platforms including Spotify, Apple Music, Audiomack, Boomplay, YouTube, and more.


3. Royalties

You will receive 90% of all net royalties collected from the exploitation of your music. 4TA retains 10% to support marketing services, grants, and platform growth initiatives.


4. Distribution Fees

You agree to pay a one-time fee per release with no refunds as follows:
$7.99 for Singles
$9.99 for E.Ps and Albums (2 or more tracks)


5. Release Timelines

You agree to submit your music at least 3 weeks before the intended release date to allow for processing, pre-save link generation, and proper rollout support.


6. Pre-Save & Promotion

4TA will provide you with a pre-save link on request and may consider your music for additional promotion. However, inclusion in editorial playlists or grant selection is not guaranteed and will be based on merit, availability, and alignment with 4TA programs.



7. Rights Warranty

You warrant that the music does not infringe any copyrights, trademarks, or other rights of any third party. You are fully responsible for clearing all rights (including samples, beats, and collaborations).


8. Liability

4TA is not liable for damages resulting from content takedowns, legal disputes, or third-party claims unless caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct by 4TA.


9. Takedowns

You may request removal of your release at any time. Takedown fees may apply in accordance with the policies of the third-party distribution platform.



10. Additional Services

Eligibility for grants, free marketing, smart funding bonuses, or additional services is determined by 4TA at its sole discretion and may be updated over time.



11. Metadata & Credit Acknowledgement

The Artiste agrees that 4TA 4TheArtistes may appear in the distribution credits or metadata (e.g., Label Name or Distribution Source) for branding and transparency purposes. This does not indicate ownership of the master or publishing rights, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

TERMS OF USE

By using 4TA Premium, you agree to the following:

* Only submit music you legally own or have full rights to distribute.
* You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide.
* You must pay the applicable one-time fee with no refunds before we distribute your music.
* You agree that 4TA retains 10% of royalties collected.
* You authorize 4TA to distribute your music through our preferred third-party channels.
* Editorial pitching, playlist placements, and grants are merit-based and not guaranteed.
* Fraudulent streams, fake data, or violating platform rules will result in takedown and account removal.
* Support will be provided primarily via email.

Your continued use of 4TA Premium implies acceptance of this agreement and any future updates.

PRIVACY POLICY

4TA 4 The Artistes LTD (“4TA”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your data.

We Collect:

* Personal info (Name, Email, Phone Number, Social Handles)
* Music data (Track files, Artwork, Metadata)
* Platform links (Spotify, Apple Music, etc.)
* Payment & payout information (through secure processors)

We use your data to:

* Distribute your music and generate royalties
* Contact you for updates and opportunities
* Analyze artist performance across releases

We never:

* Sell your data to third parties
* Share your content without permission

You may request deletion of your data by contacting submit@4theartistes.com

Use of our service implies consent to this policy.


These terms are effective as of July 2025 and may be updated periodically. You will be notified of major changes in advance.
