Classes Held September 3rd through May 17th

Please note, classes will be filled on a first come first serve basis. If the class of your choice has filled and you will automatically be placed on the waiting list. 
By filling out this form, you are registering for classes. 

If your child will be registering for two classes, please fill out two separate forms.  

Our tuition is a monthly fee of $60 and a yearly enrollment fee of $20 per dancer. 
Fees will be collected during our first week of classes. 
Classes are once a week for one hour, see schedule below:

5:00 - 6:00      Ages 6-12     Ballet/Lyrical
6:00 - 7:00      Ages 3-5       Mini Tap/Ballet Combo*
7:00  - 8:00     Ages 6-12     Funky Jazz 

THURSDAY:
5:00 - 6:00      Ages 3-5        Mini Tap/Jazz Combo*
6:00 - 7:00    (Invite Only)    Miss Milea's Elite Dancers (By Invite Only)
7:00  - 8:00     Ages 8-13     Theatrics & Dance

* Remember, if your child signs up for a combo class that has Tap, the dancer will need tap shoes.
