McWell's Turn Off, Tune In Challenge
Studies suggest that college students spend an average of 8-10 hours/day on their phones. As a way to promote social well-being, take our pledge (from April 8-13) to disengage from some (or all!) of your social media and phone use, and tune in to the social connections with friends around you. You will be entered to win prizes! Visit
for more information.
