Shared Cart Request Form
This form must be filled out to request a shared laptop cart. As HSC is a 1 to 1 school, shared laptop carts are in limited supply. Preference is given to those with specific curricular needs. Carts could be request for a period of time for a special project that may require laptops beyond in-room loaners. Filling out this form is not a guarantee that you will get a cart.

All requests will be processed and approved by Principal Bauer or Principal Neal. Please make requests ahead of time for special time-bound projects or units to allow for processing.
