This registration form collects team members' contact and brief background information. Please note that each team will be comprised of currently enrolled undergraduate and/or graduate students from any accredited university or institution of higher learning in the U.S.

Notice of Photography and Video Recording at Big Data Health Science Virtual Case Competition  

When you participate the Big Data Health Science Virtual Case Competition, you will be participating in an event where photography, video, and audio (including taping, recording, photographing, screen capture and other methods of capture) recording may occur. By attending, you consent to your images and video being reproduced for subsequent use in the media, webcasts, internal and external promotional purposes, advertising and inclusion on websites and social media. The USC Big Data Health Science Center may use photographs, videos, and audio taken at the event in publications or other media material, including but not limited to use on websites, social media, news, press releases, brochures, invitations, and other promotional or advertising materials.
