Training course "YoutHacker's Kit" is designed for youth work practioners, who would like to improve own Erasmus+ toolkits and develop a new vision of how Erasmus+ projects can be more impactful, when the working schedule is based on modern methodologies, which actually meet the needs of specific profiles of participants. The programme is based on NFE methods, such as simulation and board games, role-plays and case studies, theoretical and practical sessions on the topics of gamification, group cohesion, facilitation, ICL, designing own programmes and more.
