YEAR 15 starts June 1, 2025 and ends May 31, 2026

Active Crusader Cash Families are eligible to WIN rewards.

To have any rewards you may WIN through the year posted to your family Crusader Cash account each June you are required to be an active Crusader Cash Family.

Active families are those who:

1. Volunteer 10 hours or more and submit your family's volunteer time online using this volunteer form.
Your family, relatives and friends are welcome to help you EARN your 10 hours.
2. EARN rewards in at least ONE Earn program.

Ways to WIN rewards:

1. Win rewards through the incentives offered by participating in EARN programs.

The more Earn programs you participate in, the more chances to WIN rewards.

2. $1500 is awarded in 3 volunteer drawings.

5 Crusader Cash family's WIN $100 in each of the 3 drawings held Aug 31, Dec. 31, May 31.
Once you volunteer, submit this volunteer form to have your family account entered to Win in the next
drawing.

3. $1000 is awarded to the Volunteer of the Year each June.
First part of May all "active" Crusader Cash family accounts will be emailed ONE Ballot and are able to
nominate an "active" Crusader Cash family from the list provided. The family that receives the most votes

Wins $1000 towards Fall tuition.

DEADLINES:

May 1st each year is the deadline to submit your Volunteer time sheets to have your family name listed on

the Volunteer of the year ballot and also to receive a ballot to vote.

The 3rd Friday in May is the deadline to submit volunteer forms showing a minimum of 10 hours to

have any rewards you may have won each year applied to your family account in June.

The 3rd Friday each May is also the deadline to EARN rewards. You must have earned rewards on at ONE

Earn program to have any rewards you may have won applied to your family account in June.
