Who should respond to this survey?
- We are focused on capturing the experiences of anyone who identifies as a working mother.
- We encourage you to share your experiences no matter where you are in your parenting journey.
What kinds of questions will you be asked? This survey takes 10 to 15 minutes to complete. We ask you to share your experiences as a working mother - the challenges you've faced, supports you've received, and supports you've wished for.
What will happen with my responses? Your responses will help ensure that employer policies, procedures and practices are informed by those who will be most impacted by their implementation. With your permission, they may be also be used to bring more public attention to the challenges and hopes that working mothers have for their workplaces. We will never link your responses with your name, employer name or any other identifiable information.
