39th Annual Southern Illinois Sheep & Craft Festival Vendor Request
Event: April 12, 2025 - Monroe County Fairgrounds, Waterloo, IL - 8 AM - 3 PM
Booth Requirements: Our goal is to promote sheep and the sheep industry, all booths must be sheep related and selling items related to or around sheep (i.e. sheep crafts, wool or alpaca yarn or finished goods, sheep/goat soaps or lotions, wood crafts related to sheep, etc.)
Application Deadline: April 1, 2025
Notification of acceptance by email: No later than April 5, 2025
Vendor Fee: $25 per booth

Electricity: We do not guarantee a booth close to electricity unless specifically noted.
Payment: Payment can be mailed to our Booth Chairman(s) - An address will be provided upon vendor acceptance.
Advertising:  All advertising requests must be paid in full before ads will be published.  Send ads to info@mcsheepproducers.com.
Cancellations:  All fees are non-refundable.

As soon as we receive your application, you will receive a copy of the submission.  Upon acceptance of your booth request, payment is due by mailing a check to the address provided, or submitting payment online to the link provided.
