Siponimod NICE STA
NICE is not recommending Siponimod for the treatment of active SPMS under the NHS. This is potentially disappointment for our patients who have active SPMS or worsening SPMS on a DMT who were hoping to be switched to Siponimod.

It is clear that some of the assumptions NICE have made about the treatment of SPMS don’t necessarily represent the reality in our NHS centres, in particular, that most people diagnosed with SPMS do not have any disease-modifying treatment.

Before we, as the MS Academy, respond to NICE I think it is important we do a short survey to find out what the situation is on the ground and see if there is any consensus in our practice.
Do you want to proceed to complete this survey?
The survey will take between 2-4 minutes to complete; 2 minutes to answer the survey questions and 2 minutes if you leave comments.
