Inverness Royal Academy Sponsored Walk
Our pupils will be walking a 10 mile walk to help raise school funds for activities for our pupils.  It is expected that all pupils will take part in the walk. The route takes the pupils along the Southern Distributor Road, on to Stevenson Road, where they head towards the new link road, and in to Castleton for eventual access in to Daviot Wood. After a circuit of the wood, they return, via Old Edinburgh Road and the Distributor Road, to the school. There will be marshals on route, and a final checkpoint in the school. Staff and S6 pupils will be involved in supervision duties, either policing junctions, staffing the checkpoints, or walking with the pupils. If there is any information you would like us to be aware of in relation to your child’s participation, please contact us at the school.

The money raised helps us run extra-curricular clubs and events over the school year. Any contribution you can make is very much appreciated.

Participants wishing to obtain cover for personal accident and Third Party liability are advised to contact an insurance company or broker.
