Scheduling Information

After you submit your request, we will usually reach out within 1 week to offer a scheduling window over the next 4 weeks, though some popular bikes may have limited slots available. If you have specific constraints for scheduling, we will do our best to help you, but please note that with high demand we may struggle to accomodate very specific needs.
