Mentorship Opportunity – CAP Stepping Stones

The Communication Ambassadors Partnership (CAP) is looking for mentors to support immigrant high school students as they plan for life after graduation. Mentors will build relationships through social activities, provide one-on-one guidance, and help students with college/career planning, applications, scholarships, and interview skills.

Commitment & Responsibilities:

  • 1–2 year commitment (~100 hrs per school year)

  • Weekly contact with mentee (sometimes 4–8 hrs/week at key times)

  • Attend 8 hrs of initial training + follow-up sessions

  • Support mentees in their transition to higher education or training opportunities

Bilingual applicants encouraged, but not required (interpreters available).
 Mentor interviews will begin in September 2025
