Pinup Coffee Co. is a veteran-owned, specialty coffee roaster with a mission to make craft coffee approachable, inclusive, and full of personality. We’re rooted in community, quality, and creativity—proudly roasting our own coffee for our own cafes as well as other businesses in the Hampton Roads area.

Current Open Positions:
1. Farmers Market Staff: We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Farmers Market Employees. In this role, you will engage with customers and fellow vendors, ensuring a welcoming and vibrant space! This position is open April - November of each year.
2. Barista for Sherwood Lakes Cafe (OPEN EARLY 2026): We are looking for experienced baristas only for our upcoming Sherwood Lakes location. Part-time to full-time positions are available. Applicants must be comfortable with a fast paced environment, and creating/serving drinks to the highest standard.
3. Barista-Back/Expo for Sherwood Lakes Cafe (OPEN EARLY 2026): Recommended for applicants with little to no experience with coffee. Part-time to full-time positions are available. This position is also recommended for those with exceptional organizational skills, time management, and those who are interested in becoming a barista or the coffee world in general.
4. Kitchen Staff for Sherwood Lakes Cafe (OPEN EARLY 2026): With kitchen experience required for this position, the kitchen staff position at Sherwood Lakes has part-time and full-time availability. Must be able to work in a fast paced environment, while staying organized/clean and staying consistent.
