In addition to this form, please email
admin@hivevancouver.com with a jpeg or png file of your organization's logo (300 x 300 pixels preferred) if you want to be on the HiVE's members page of our website (not available for HiVE Virtual Desk/mailbox packages).
If you are signing up for a HiVE Virtual Desk/mailbox package only, you do not qualify as a member, but we will still need the same information from you.
Please note the following:
For all memberships, you must provide a written notice of cancellation to us no later than one full calendar month prior to your desired end date (i.e., to end your membership on September 30th, you must provide notice no later than August 31st).
Community Memberships: Three month minimum commitment.
Hot Desk Memberships: $50 plus tax for set-up, plus $75 refundable fob deposit for HiVE Unlimited members. No minimum commitment.
Permanent Desk Memberships: $100 plus tax for set-up, $75 refundable fob deposit, and first month's and last month's memberships are both paid up front. Three month minimum commitment.
Private Office Memberships: $100 plus tax for set-up, $75 refundable fob deposit, and first month's and last month's memberships are both paid up front. Six month minimum commitment.
