CONFIDENTIALITY: Team Genius members must agree to maintain the highest standard of client confidentiality. This means no photos or videos of any kind shall be taken on your personal device. No posts on social media about the clients project. No discussions outside of work that will identify our clients or their location.

SCHEDULE: We schedule clients for organizing sessions Tuesday - Friday, 5 -8 hours a day, between the hours of 9 am - 7 pm. No weekends, Monday's, or holidays.

We have periods in our schedule that are busier than others. That said, this position is ideal for homemakers, students or someone looking for a "side hustle". It's not best suited for someone looking for a primary source of income.

PAY STRUCTURE: Our organizers are paid by the day vs. the hourly. A typical workday is 5 - 7 hours.

Our training pay is tiered for a period of 1 - 90 days. Some individuals advance through training faster than others.
- 1 - 30 Days = $90/day
- 31 - 60 Days = $105/day
61 - 90 Days = $115/day

After training, the pay is $130 - $150 a day. Pay rates are increased based on experience, additional training and certifications up to $240/day.

NDA: You may be asked to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)...

By signing, you would agree not to disclose any inside information as it relates to client data and proprietary, company information.

This agreement would remain in effect indefinitely. Would you be opposed to signing?

NCA: You may be asked to sign a Non-Compete Agreement (NCA)...

By signing, you would agree not to solicit or accept direct work for a TOG client. You would also be agreeing not start a competing organizing business without a release of NCA.

This agreement would be effective while active with TOG and up to 2 years should you separate from the team. Would you be opposed to signing?

EXPENSES: All Team Genius members are independent contractors and responsible for covering some of their own expenses (e.g., insurance, gas, uniforms, supplies etc.). *
BACKGROUND: Upon joining Team Genius, we will conduct a thorough background check. The cost of the screening is $60. You'd be responsible for covering this fee which is reimbursed after 90 days on the team.

Having something appear on your background will NOT result in automatic disqualification.

LOCATION: Our business is based in Houston, TX. You must reside in the Houston-Metro area, be willing to commute or relocate.
