 TikTok is a social media app used by over 150 million Americans. That's over HALF of the country. TikTok is home to independent content creators, small business, entrepreneurs, and more. I myself have been able to get a better paying job and make a living as a content creator. A TikTok ban would be devastating for millions of Americans who rely on TikTok as a primary source of income.

 The bill has been written in a way to try to circumvent the legal system (which has been done before). However, I propose a class action lawsuit against the proposal of the bill in the first place. This isn't about data security, this is about censorship and keeping society apart. We will not stand for it.
