Muslim Volunteers for New York, Inc, a Partnering Steward of Ruppert Park, is hosting its semi-annual Environmental Stewardship Day on Sunday, October 22, 2023.  We invite you to join us to plant, clean and to beautify this neighborhood park.

This is a fun service opportunity for families. Please register soon to secure your spot as space is limited and registration is on a first come first serve basis. Hope to see you there!

Before the event, we request you to do a ​self-health check​ ​at home​ to rule out coronavirus. If you exhibit any of the following symptoms, Please do NOT volunteer

○ Muscle pain
○ Sore throat
○ New loss of taste or smell

Safety of all the participants is of the utmost importance for MV4NY.
WHAT TO EXPECT: We will be cleaning, sweeping, weeding, painting and planting in order to beautify Ruppert Park. MV4NY will provide gardening tools to all volunteers. Please bring your own water bottle. Dress comfortably and be ready to dig-in!
