Please use this form if you are aware of a traumatic community incident that may fit within the parameters of the Community After-Incident Response (CAIR) project.
This form will be submitted to the supervisor of Community Safety for assessment and subsequent consultation with project partners to determine if an event activation is possible. Please note that should the criteria for CAIR not be met, the information will be forwarded to the Neighbourhood Empowerment Team to follow up and support.
