Lore Request Form
A lore is an opportunity for players to ask gamemasters questions about ongoing plots to get more detailed information than can be relayed during play.  They can also be used to collaborate with the GM's to build more detailed information about the world.

Abilities or items that grant lores do so after a player attends an event and need to be used immediately in the week after the event.  Lores are due by the Sunday following each event so that the game masters have time to prepare them.

If you NPC all shifts of an event you may still get lore responses for one PC.

For more information on lores see this document.

Secret *
Do you want to keep this lore restricted to only be seen by the appropriate GMs?  Be warned this might result in a higher chance it gets forgotten because it will not be in the place GM's look to find what lores there are for the month.
Event *
Which event is this lore for?  The answer should always be the most recent event unless your lore from a previous month wasn't answered (in which case choose 'carryover').
Player Name *
Character Name *
PC Shifts *
What shifts did you PC?
Required
Lore Source *
What rule, skill or item is giving you access to this lore?
Topic *
Where have you encountered this topic before?  Was it during a shift this event, if so which?  Does it related to your personal backstory?  Is this an entirely new topic (this is useful so the GM's aren't asking each other who's plot is being referenced)?  Was this from an older event?
Required
GM
If you know who is responsible for the topic or plot please list them.
Source *
Tell us BRIEFLY about the methods your character uses to gather information. Don't go into detail.
Summary *
Give a very brief one sentence summary of the question you are asking.  Don't go into detail.

Plot uses this as a title when talking about the lores with each other when assigning who is working on it.
Question *
What is it you want to know more about.

Please don't use excessive line breaks they make the answers hard to read.

Start with the question, then give us any relevant information afterwards.  Useful information to give us is the name of who played any relevant npcs, what shift (and when during the shift - early/middle/late) you encountered a plot on,
