Thank you for choosing Northwest Christian Church as a possible venue for your event.  Please complete this form so we have all of the necessary information in order to make a final decision.  Forms are reviewed weekly every Tuesday and we will let you know as soon as possible if we can host your event. Please know that we usually need a minimum of two weeks to consider your request.

I understand that there may be a cost associated with the use of Northwest Christian Church to cover facility staff and utilities (for large events).  Preference will be given to Northwest Christian Church Ministries.  Building use is not  available for for-profit business or political agendas. *
