This help ticketing resource is meant for Faculty/Staff users. Faculty/Staff: We recommend that prior to submitting a help request, users (1) enroll in / review the CANVAS Advising Homeroom, which houses specific instructions, guides and video tutorials on how to use the SDSU Navigate (EAB) system. If you have not yet enrolled, you can self-enroll here: https://sdsu.instructure.com/enroll/EMHDDP; and (2) reach out to your Assistant Dean or your SDSU Navigate Area Expert for advice on setting up and/or using the system.
