2019 Taste of Arvada Vendor Registration Form - Business
Taste of Arvada is Thursday, June 13th from 5-8pm at the APEX Center, 13150 72nd Ave.

The goal of Taste of Arvada is to truly give attendees a taste of what Arvada has to offer - not only food and drinks, but local businesses, culture and entertainment!

Why do Taste of Arvada?
- Affordable to participate! Booth space is only $200 for Arvada Chamber members and $250 for
non-members. Artisans and non-profits are $150
- Taste of Arvada is bigger and better this year! We are expanding to outdoor space which
means more food, more fun and more potential customers for you to meet! We are expecting over 2000 attendees
- HUGE marketing and social media exposure
- We make it easy for you… table, tablecloth and chairs included
- Network with potential customers and partner businesses
- Compete for “Best Of” categories and receive a fabulous plaque if you win

Easy to Participate:
- Booth space is VERY limited so apply ASAP. We’ll contact you once accepted to submit your
payment
- Vendors can load in starting at 3pm, and we ask that everyone is ready to go at 4:30pm
- You must have a sales tax license if you intend to sell products at the event

UPGRADE! Want more exposure? Upgrade to be an APPETIZER SPONSOR! Get a vendor booth and these extra benefits
- Business name included on event marketing

COST: $500 (Members) OR $550 (Non-Members)

DEADLINE to apply: May 1, 2019

Please note the Chamber reserves the right to refuse any vendors due to over-saturation in a particular category in order to provide the best possible experience for our guests. You will be notified if you are selected as a vendor and you must submit payment by May 15, 2019 or your spot will be forfeited to the next vendor on the wait-list.
